This notice is to inform you that OpenText Cybersecurity will be implementing a list price increase on several products in the Zix portfolio as of February 26, 2024 in response to the continued world-wide growth in the cost of doing business. The increases are as follows:
- Email Threat Protection (Basic) – 5% list price increase
- Information Archiving (IA, AIA, AMIA) – 10% list price increase
- Information Archiving User Data Source – 10% list price increase + API pass-through
- Email Continuity Service – 10% list price increase
- Hosted Exchange – 10% list price increase
- Advanced Email Threat Protection (Monthly) –10% list price increase
- Advanced Email Threat Protection (Volume-Tiered) – 25% list price increase
